Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are available for Internalize subscriptions. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Contact: [email protected]
1. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access to paid features until then. We do not prorate or refund the remainder of the current period on cancellation, except where required by law or as set out below.
2. 14-Day Money-Back for First-Time Subscribers
If you are a first-time subscriber to a paid plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the first charge on that plan. To qualify:
- the request must be made within 14 days of the initial charge;
- the account must not have engaged in activity that violates our Acceptable Use rules;
- the refund applies to the initial subscription charge only (not to add-ons, overages, or previous plans).
This guarantee applies only to the very first paid subscription on an account. It does not apply to subsequent renewals, plan upgrades/downgrades, add-ons, or re-subscriptions after cancellation.
3. Renewals
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable. It is your responsibility to cancel before the next renewal date if you no longer wish to be billed. If a renewal is charged immediately before an uncontested cancellation request (within 48 hours) and the Service has not been meaningfully used in the new period, we may, at our discretion, issue a pro-rated or full refund on request.
4. Add-Ons, Overages, and Usage-Based Charges
Add-ons (extra flows, extra cron monitors, etc.) and any usage- or overage-based charges are billed monthly and are non-refundable once charged.
5. Annual Plans
If you cancel an annual plan mid-term, access continues until the end of the paid year and the unused portion is non-refundable, except where required by law or at our discretion in exceptional circumstances (for example, extended unplanned outage materially preventing use of the Service).
6. Discretionary Refunds
Outside the cases above, we may — at our sole discretion — issue a partial or full refund, for example where:
- a bug on our side materially prevented use of the Service for an extended period;
- a billing error occurred;
- a charge was clearly unintended (duplicate subscriptions, etc.).
We evaluate these requests case by case. Issuing a refund in one case does not entitle you to a refund in any other case.
7. When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds will not be issued for:
- cancellations made after a renewal has processed (outside the 48-hour window in §3);
- the unused portion of a monthly plan;
- add-ons, overages, or one-time charges once applied;
- suspensions or terminations for violations of our Terms of Service, including abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or unauthorized testing of third-party systems;
- issues caused by third parties, your own infrastructure, or endpoints you configured.
8. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer rather than contacting us first, we may suspend or terminate your account while the dispute is investigated. We reserve the right to recover costs associated with chargebacks and to seek repayment of any balance owed.
9. Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law. If you are a consumer in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with statutory withdrawal or refund rights that exceed what is described here, those rights apply to you.
By starting use of the Service immediately after purchase, EU/UK consumers expressly acknowledge and agree that they lose any statutory right of withdrawal for digital services once the Service has been provided in full, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account with:
- the email on the subscription;
- the approximate date of the charge;
- a short description of the reason.
Eligible refunds are processed through the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Bank processing times are outside our control.
11. Changes
We may update this Refund Policy. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated as described in our Terms of Service.
