Disclaimer
This Disclaimer supplements our Terms of Service. To the extent there is a conflict, the Terms of Service control.
1. No Warranties
The Internalize service (the "Service") is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
2. No Uptime or Availability Guarantee
We do not guarantee any specific uptime, latency, response time, alert delivery time, or availability. The Service depends on third-party infrastructure, networks, and providers that may fail, be degraded, or be unavailable. Scheduled runs may be delayed, skipped, or executed multiple times under rare conditions.
3. Monitoring Is Not a Substitute for Engineering
The Service is an aid for detecting and surfacing possible issues in your systems. It is not a replacement for:
- proper engineering practices, testing, and QA in your own codebase;
- production monitoring, observability, and incident response on your own infrastructure;
- redundancy, failover, and disaster-recovery planning;
- independent security review of your services.
Alerts, metrics, logs, and run results produced by the Service are indicative only. False positives, false negatives, missed alerts, and delayed alerts can and do occur. Do not rely on the Service as the sole trigger for safety-, life-, or mission-critical decisions.
4. Your Systems, Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- the correctness and security of your own systems, endpoints, APIs, and webhooks;
- the URLs, credentials, secrets, and webhook targets you configure;
- the consequences of any request the Service sends on your instructions, including impact on third-party systems you instruct us to test;
- holding appropriate authorization to test or monitor any endpoint you configure.
We are not responsible for any outage, incident, data loss, business loss, or other harm to your systems or business, or to any third party, arising from your use of the Service.
5. Third-Party Services and Content
The Service integrates with or relies on third-party providers (payments, email, hosting, CDN, optional AI, and others). We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, outages, content, or changes. Any content reached via hyperlinks in our documentation or UI is provided by third parties and we make no representation about its accuracy, legality, or availability.
6. Not Professional Advice
The Service, our website, and our documentation are not legal, financial, security, compliance, or other professional advice. Consult qualified professionals for advice appropriate to your situation.
7. AI Features
Where you use optional AI features, output is generated by third-party language models and may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or otherwise unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any output before relying on it.
8. Security
We take security seriously and apply commercially reasonable measures. However, no system is perfectly secure. Do not submit secrets that you cannot rotate. You are responsible for choosing appropriate scopes for any credentials you store in the Service and for rotating them if you suspect compromise.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability to you is limited as described in our Terms of Service. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Changes
We may update this Disclaimer at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent change.
